I made this cake for my husbands 30th Surprise Birthday Party.

Top tier: French Vanilla with Chocolate buttercream icing

Second tier: rice crispy treat for shaping

Third tier: Butter Pecan cake with buttercream icing

Fourth tier: German Chocolate with German chocolate icing for filling & chocolate buttercream frosting (Brad's favorite!)

Brad even blew out all 30 candles in one try!

My sweet in laws pay me to make all of the birthday cakes for everyone in the family. Helps me practice!

Here is another Barbie Cake, every two year old girl loves one of those! French vanilla, strawberry filling and buttercream icing with fondant over it.

Here is a cherry chip cake (Yum!) with buttercream icing, with fondant accents.

This might not be the most beautiful cake but definitely my favorite cake. Chocolate Mint Drizzle cake!
